How do we make our own tags, assign customers to these tags, and filter customers by these tags?

You can easily manage tags by clicking ‘Contacts -> Tags’ at the ZBS menu at the top. Add as many tags as you need there, or add them ‘on the fly’ as you add contacts.

    1. Hi – good question. It’s not something you can do in the CRM, you can only filter by “has tags”
