To use the PayPal Sync extension you need to input your API access details from PayPal.

First up, head to Tools and then scroll down to find the API Credentials

Once you’re in the API Credentials area  click on the View API Signature under the NVP/SOAP API integration.

This takes you to the following screen. Then click ‘Show’ on each of the below API Username, API Password and Signature and copy these into the Zero BS CRM PayPal Sync settings page.

Once all the settings for the API access are in you’ll need to tell the Sync tool the first transaction date.

First transaction date: This is needed because the PayPal API doesn’t give you the first date of a transaction so will need to enter this so that the Sync tool knows where to start getting transactions from.

Once you’ve entered this information, head over to the PayPal Sync area of Sync tools
